Ideally, please arrive prior to 5:00pm for time to load the equipment and complete any necessary paperwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I pick up my rental a day early?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, but only when the equipment is available. There is an extra day added to the rental cost for a longer duration. Feel free to check with our staff for availability and price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where are you located?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re located in several states, see <a href=\"\/\">our locations<\/a> for specific addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you require to reserve the equipment? Do I need to pay a deposit?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to pick-up we&#8217;ll need full payment, a signed copy of our rental terms, and a copy of your driver&#8217;s license and credit card. To reserve the equipment we simply need at least 50% payment and a signed copy of our rental terms. The 50% payment acts as a &#8220;deposit&#8221;, however it is not in addition to your rental total &#8211; it goes towards it. You&#8217;re more than welcome to pay the entire balance at once, rather than 50% in advance and the remaining balance at pick-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does Speaker On A Stick take after hours phone calls?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you currently have our rental equipment and have questions after our business hours or need immediate assistance, please call and <strong>leave a detailed voicemail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"tel:1-616-988-9671\">(616) 988-9671<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Grand Rapids, Michigan<\/li><li><a href=\"tel:1-727-444-0290\">(727) 444-0290<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 Clearwater, Florida<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re calling prior to 10:00am or after 6:00pm Monday through Friday, or calling over the weekend, you <strong>must<\/strong> leave a voicemail for us to be notified that you&#8217;ve called. We will receive the notification on our cell phones. Once we&#8217;re notified, we will return your call as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your matter isn&#8217;t as pressing or if it is and you need after-hours assistance please send an email to <a href=\"mailto:info@speakeronastick.com\">info@speakeronastick.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can I play music from&#8230;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pretty much any electronic device with an 1\/8&#8243; (3.5mm) headphone, line out, or similar output jack will work. How &#8220;easy&#8221; is it to set up your speaker packages?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For many of our customers, this is their first time renting and setting up a speaker system. We encourage you to browse the <a href=\"https:\/\/speakeronastick.com\/how-to\/\">how to section<\/a> or contact us with any questions you may have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/speakeronastick.com\/how-to\/\">Online set up instructions<\/a> are always available and we provide a printed copy of the instructions with every rental.
